2022 GNCC MD Rules

Format and Entry Requirements

• Mixed doubles format
  • One female and one male per team
• 4-game guarantee
• $220 per team
• Maximum 16 teams
• This is a Championship competition for the GNCC region
  • Competitive broomheads will be required
• Lunch and dinner included (breakfast is provided at the host hotel)
• Triangle teams register the same way as out of town teams
• Registration opens November 8, 2021 - 12:00pm EST
• Entry deadline, December 31, 2021
• All draws will be live streamed

* Event chairs reserve the right to cut off registration at 16 or 24 teams if we reasonably cannot reach a logial break point

• While this is a Championship competition for the GNCC region, it does not lead to any USCA National event
• All players must be members in good standing of the GNCC

COVID-19 Policy:

Triangle Curling Club has established a COVID-19 policy that will be in effect until at least December 31, 2021. All participants (league members, bonspiel participants, learn to curl attendees, private rental participants) and spectators are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to enter the club's facilities. Similarly, all volunteers working with our guests will be vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to minimize potential spread. Read the full policy at https://links.tccnc.club/covid. 

Mask Policy
We will follow CDC, state, and local guidelines/regulations in effect on the day of the event. Currently, masks are required in the City of Durham.
