Day Curling

We're working towards starting some day leagues! Join us for a six-end game and try curling during the day. Some previous experience with curling is recommended but not necessary - we'll help you get started!

This is a great opportunity for retirees, shift workers, and just about anyone who would like to try curling during the day.

Pre-registration is required. $15 for the public, free for members.

Lunch & Learn

Want to try curling with us but can't make it in the evening or on a weekend? We are offering 2 Lunch and Learn sessions. These will include instruction and a short game and lunch will be provided immediately following the curling.

This is a great opportunity for retirees, shift workers, and just about anyone who would like to try curling during the day. We're gauging interest in the possibility of starting a daytime league.

Pre-registration is required. $20 for the public, $10 regular members, $5 full members.

Ice Removal

We will be removing the ice starting Friday morning through Sunday. Shovels, wheel barrows, ice scrapers are needed, and plan on getting your shoes wet. Come out anytime on Friday beginning at 10 AM, and we should be there well into the evening.

Ice removal will continue on Saturday after the annual meeting. If you staying after the meeting to help, you might want to bring a change of clothes.

Strategy Session

Want to be a skip? Or a better one? All members of a team need to be familiar with overall strategy. Keith Scott will be leading a strategy session. There will be on and off ice instruction. Topics covered will include the free guard zone, the control zone, guard placement, etc. Open to all.
