Building Fund Angel

In the past month the BOD of the TCC has started a campaign aimed at raising funds for a dedicated curling facility. The program called “Building Fund Angels” rewards anyone who contributes $100.00 or more with a special pin. This campaign is also open to all TCC Club members and it is our hope that you will participate. The World Curling Federation is now offering loans of up to $33,000 per sheet of ice with the proviso that the club already has 1.5 times that amount, so for 4 sheets we can borrow $132,000 but we need to have $198,000 in the bank. So our goal for the first full year of this fundraising campaign is $50,000 (500 Angel pins x $100.00). The goal of a dedicated facility is still several years away but now is the time to get a fund established. Your contribution to the Triangle Curling Club of North Carolina Building Fund will be a tax deductible charitable contribution under IRS tax rules as the club is an approved 501(c)(3) charity with tax exempt status.
