Annual General Meeting (and picnic!)
Each year the full membership of the club must meet to discuss club business and elect members to the Board of Directors.
Four of the eight seats on the Board will be up for election this year. The Directors whose terms are expiring are Chris Allen, Dan Scheck, Lea Franklin, and Nick Witcraft.
We also give out our two annual awards, the Spirit Award and the Dedicated Volunteer Service Award.

Like last year, the Hamilton's have graciously offered to host the meeting at their home. After the meeting (which doesn't take too long) we have a picnic, talk curling, and play games. It's a fun afternoon and is an important day for the club, so please plan on attending.
Food: The club will supply hot dogs and hamburgers, but sides and desserts are potluck. Please e-mail Pam at shellsmom60@aol.com to let her know what you can bring. BYOB and lawn chair.
